HOW DO I CARE FOR MY ONE-OF-A-KIND PIECES?Many of our items are hand made with fabrics from around the globe. For best care, we recommend hand washing in COLD water or if machine wash separately COLD on gentle cycle. Line Dry.

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?Orders typically take 2-3 business days to ship. Orders are only accepted within the United States. Shipping will take an estimated 3-5 business days after the order has been sent out. Please note that once your order has been shipped, The Funky Hippy Chic Boutique has no control over how long it will take to arrive. The Funky Hippy Chic Boutique is not liable for any delays or delivery issues resulting after the order has been sent. WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?Products may be returned within 10 days of receipt or purchase. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you of your refund. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a few days. Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. We may offer exchange or store credit only on returned sale items. WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?Upon receipt, please allow up to seven (7) days for us to process your refund/exchange. Once it has been processed you will be notified via email.
